Cannot communicate securely with peer?

When trying to connect to one of the ODEE web applications (Documaker Administrator, Documaker Dashboard, or Documaker Interactive), if you receive the following error:

Error Description: Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP.

Please do the following:

1. Log in to the WebLogic Administrator, i.e. the WebLogic Console.
2. Select Servers -> dmkr_server -> SSL (tab) -> Advanced , and check the “Use JSSE SSL” checkbox.
3. Click the Save button.
4. Stop and restart the dmkr_server.
5. Perform steps 2 through 4 above for idm_server, if you are also using Documaker Interactive.
